PRODUCT WARRANTY

This document guarantees the quality of the product it covers, under legally established terms, for a specified period from the date of delivery and certified by invoice or purchase ticket. ABIONICA SOLUTIONS S.L.P. provides a 12-month warranty for defects in materials or manufacturing in the purchased product. Our warranty includes the repair or replacement of the product, as long as the problems presented are derived from normal use of the product and not from excessive use, in the case of accessories, change or replacement will be made only for factory damages, including labor.

CLAIMING WARRANTY RIGHTS

 Any customer or user, who considers themselves with justified reasons to claim the warranty rights established in this document, must proceed as follows: 

1. Immediately inform ABIONICA SOLUTIONS S.L.P. in writing, that this report must be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase of the equipment showing the date of acquisition. 
2. Upon receipt of such claim at ABIONICA SOLUTIONS S.L.P., the technical department will proceed to its analysis, resolving its origin or not, justifiably under the provisions established in this warranty document, and informing the customer and the instructions to follow, as soon as possible.
3. Once the justification of the warranty claim is established, the technical team of ABIONICA SOLUTIONS S.L.P. will proceed with the review and/or repair, and when this is not possible, the replacement of the defective equipment.
   
   

EXCLUSIONS AND GENERAL WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

The following will be exempt from the warranty rights established here, damages and operational or service failures of products that originate from: 

1. Possible accidents, blows, improper handling, electric shocks, or negligent, improper, or inadequate use of the product subject to the warranty.
2. Not respecting the installation and use instructions established in the documentation accompanying the supplied product. 
3. Prolonged exposure to corrosive and deteriorating environments, such as aggressive gases of chemical origin. 
4. Modifications, installations, repairs, or erroneous uses, applied to the interior of the supplied product, and not carried out by personnel of the technical team of ABIONICA SOLUTIONS S.L.P… 
5. Damages caused by floods, pests, earthquakes, actions of third parties, or any other cause of force majeure unrelated to the normal operating conditions of the equipment. 
6. Total loss of the invoice and/or warranty document showing the date of purchase of the product. G. When this document showed clear signs of having been altered in the original data consigned in this. 
7. Failure that is originated by the normal wear of the parts due to the use of the product.

ABIONICA SOLUTIONS S.L.P. will not be responsible to the customer, either directly or indirectly, for any non-compliance or delay in the application of its warranty obligations, which could be originated by causes of force majeure or any other unforeseen incident and alien to the will of ABIONICA SOLUTIONS S.L.P.

The repair or replacement of a component or the product does not extend the warranty period. Any other warranty right not expressly mentioned in this warranty document of ABIONICA SOLUTIONS S.L.P. is excluded.
